Asteras Villas offers you the convenience to choose between two different Rate Plans in order to find the one that better meets your needs.

Rate Plan 1 - FLEXIBLE RATE

The 30% of the total reservation cost will be charged to your credit card upon confirmation.
This deposit (-3% credit card expenses) is fully refundable according to our Cancellation Policy.
Cancellation of your reservation 21 days or less prior to the arrival date, results in 50% cancellation fee of the total reservation cost.
Cancellation of your reservation 3 days or less prior to the arrival date, non-show or early departure results in a 100% cancellation fee (The total reservation cost).

Rate Plan 2 - BEST AVAILABLE RATE

The total reservation cost will be charged to your credit card upon confirmation and it is non refundable in case of cancellation, modification or non show.

General Terms & Conditions (Applicable to all 3 Rate Plans)

Above rates are quoted in Euro, per night, per Suite for 2 Guests and include American Champagne Breakfast as well as all taxes and service fees.

For safety reasons bookings with children under the age of 15 might not be accepted. In case you are travelling with young children, please contact us before placing a booking on line.
